1. Processing Times
Every item from Resin & Beyond Studio is handmade with care and attention to detail.
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing and preparation before your order is dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on the product, level of personalisation and time required for the resin to cure properly.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, I will do my best to keep you informed.
2. Delivery Options & Prices
I currently offer UK delivery through Royal Mail. All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
You can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.75
- Delivery aim: 2–3 working days.
- Tracking included.
- Delivery photo included.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature — £5.35
- Delivery aim: 2–3 working days.
- Tracking included.
- Delivery photo included.
- Signature required on delivery.
Please note that these are Royal Mail's delivery aims, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside my control.
Your selected delivery option and its cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Local Collection
Resin & Beyond Studio offers free local collection exclusively to customers who live in the Skerton, Beaumont and Slyne Road areas of Lancaster, Lancashire, United Kingdom.
Free local collection is available only to residents of these specified areas. Unfortunately, this option is not available to customers who live outside these areas.
How to arrange collection: If you are eligible for local collection, please select the local collection option at checkout, where available, or contact us before placing your order to confirm your eligibility and arrange collection.
Collection address: Once your order has been placed and your eligibility confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time. Your full collection address will be provided privately when your collection arrangements are confirmed. Please do not attend to collect your order until your collection arrangements have been agreed.
Customers who are not eligible for local collection must select an available postal delivery option and pay the applicable postage charge displayed at checkout.
If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative collection time.
Local collection does not affect your statutory rights regarding cancellations, refunds, faulty products or any other rights provided by applicable consumer law.

4. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
5. Packaging & Handmade Items
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your handmade resin products during transit. As each item is individually handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, glitter placement and finish may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of resin products and make each piece unique.
6. Damaged, Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at resin.beyond.studio@hotmail.com within 24 hours with your name, order details, clear photographs and a description of the damaged item and its packaging.
If your parcel appears to be missing or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact me so I can help investigate the issue with Royal Mail.
Please keep the original packaging until any damage or delivery issue has been resolved.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
