Once you have placed your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

• Your chosen colours (Three colours maximum)
  

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can understand your ideas. If anything needs clarifying, we will contact you before beginning work.

Please note that we will make your dragon using your requested colour combination. The final appearance may vary slightly because resin crafting is handmade and colours blend differently.

Each dragon is individually handmade with care and attention to detail, meaning the pattern and colour placement will vary slightly. This makes every piece unique, so your trinket tray will have its own individual character.

Please note dragons are not mass-produced and are carefully crafted pieces made especially for your order.

All personalised and customised orders are made to order only. Please allow 2- 6 weeks for processing and preparation before dispatch, although orders are often ready much sooner; this timeframe allows for crafting, curing, quality checks, and careful preparation.
